Payment information: Payments are processed by our payment provider (currently Stripe). We do not directly store your credit card number or full payment credentials. Our payment provider handles this data under their own privacy and security policies.

Automatically collected information: Like most websites, we may collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL. This data helps us understand how visitors use the site and improve it.

AI interaction data: If you interact with our MySam AI WebChat or MySam AI Receptionist, we may collect chat messages, conversation logs, contact details, appointment requests, scheduling preferences, and related metadata to operate the service, respond to inquiries, and improve the user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Communicate with you about your project or inquiry
• Deliver the services you purchased
• Process payments and manage subscriptions

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Your Choices

With your permission, we also use Google Analytics 4 ("GA4"), provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use the site. GA4 may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, and conversion interactions such as demo or signup clicks and confirmed form completions. We do not send form values to GA4. We configure GA4 without Google Signals or advertising personalization and do not use third-party advertising trackers.

GA4 is not loaded until you select Accept analytics. If you decline, we do not load the Google Analytics tag. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by selecting the Privacy choices button on the site or by using the button below. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection on this site and removes GA cookies where the browser permits it.

Manage analytics preferences

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfill the services you requested and to comply with legal and business obligations. Chat logs, lead data, and appointment records may be retained while the AI services are active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, audit, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. If you would like us to delete your data, contact us and we will do so within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention requirements.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
